One-to-one consultation
It's possible to not just survive cancer but to thrive
and live a healthy life again!

I specialise in helping people reduce their risk of chronic lifestyle diseases, including cancer (following WCRF recommendations and other research-based evidence) and diabetes, by guiding them through tailored lifestyle and nutrition changes. I also support individuals diagnosed with cancer—through surgery, treatment, and beyond—helping them navigate their health journey with compassion and care. If there’s ever something outside my scope of practice, I’ll ensure you’re referred to the right health professional for further support.
I work with NIHR, am a member of the Nutrition Society, and ensure that all consultations are personalised and evidence-based. My recommendations are grounded in the latest scientific research and evolving insights in nutritional, lifestyle, and functional medicine.
I offer one-to-one private nutrition and integrative medicine consultations for anyone seeking to optimise their health, enhance performance, or prevent disease. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan to improve your overall well- being, from supporting gut and immune health to reducing your risk of chronic diseases.

My goal is to help you feel your best—full of energy and vitality every day.
Working with Me: Your Personalised Journey to Better Health
No two people or their health are the same, which is why my approach is personalised to you and your lifestyle. Here’s what you can expect when we work together:
Step 1 : Discovery Call
This is where we begin. Let’s have a conversation to learn more about each other, and how we fit together.

-
I’ll take the time to listen to your concerns and understand your goals.
-
Together, we’ll explore how I can support you and create the foundation for a plan that works specifically for you.
-
There’s no one-size-fits-all solution—this is about figuring out what you need.
Step 2: Gathering Your Health History
Once we’ve decided on a plan, I’ll ask for some key information to help me build a complete picture of your health.

-
You’ll fill out a medical history form, covering everything from conception to now.
-
I’ll ask you to complete a 7-day diet and lifestyle diary so I can get a sense of your daily habits and routines.
-
If you have any medical notes or reports, sharing these will help me gain a deeper understanding of your history.
Step 3: Onboarding Call
After reviewing all your information, we’ll have an onboarding call where I start to piece together your health “puzzle.”

-
I’ll share my initial observations based on your concerns and medical history, and ask more questions to ensure I have a complete understanding of your health as it stands and what might support you.
-
If necessary, I’ll consult with peers to make sure your plan is as effective and evidence-based as possible.
-
Together, we’ll lay the groundwork for your personalised plan, focusing on your unique health goals and starting point.
-
I’ll create your plan based on completing this health puzzle.
Step 4: 30-Minute Plan Review Call
This is where I’ll walk you through your personalised plan in detail.

-
I’ll explain each part of the plan and how it addresses your specific needs.
-
I’ll show you how to make sustainable changes to your diet, lifestyle, and overall health habits.
-
This is your chance to ask questions and feel confident about putting the plan into action.
Step 5: Ongoing Follow-Ups
Long-term health changes don’t happen overnight and we can’t change everything at once. Regular follow-ups are an important part of how we’ll work together to make incremental changes to optimise your health.

-
These sessions are all about reviewing your progress, celebrating wins, and adjusting and adding to the plan as needed.
-
My goal is to help you make meaningful, lasting changes that fit seamlessly into your life.
This process is designed to guide you every step of the way, empowering you to take control of your health and achieve results that last. I look forward to working with you and supporting your journey to better health!
